He was born in Saransk.

In 2006 he graduated from the Zhiganov Kazan State Conservatory (Vocal Department).

During 2006-2009 he was a student at the Galina Vishnevskaya Opera Centre in Moscow where he had his roles debuts: Escamillo in Carmen by Bizet, Eugene Onegin in the opera by Tchaikovsky of the same name, Gryaznoy in The Tsar’s Bride by Rimsky-Korsakov, Marullo in Rigoletto by Verdi, Podkolyosin in the phantasmagorical performance Marriage and the other horrors, Ibn-Hakia in Iolanta by Tchaikovsky, Valentine in Faust by Gounod, Silvio in Pagliacci by Leoncavallo.

He has participated in such festivals as: ‘Varna Summer’ (Bulgaria), the Festival of Russian Culture in South Africa, Yuri Bashmet Festival in Minsk, Mstislav Rostropovich International Festivals in Baku and Moscow, Classic Open Air am Gendarmenmarkt in Berlin.

He took part in a concert performance of Bizet’s Carmen at the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall with the Russian National Orchestra (conductor – Mikhail Pletnev); in the production of Boris Godunov opera by Mussorgsky in Wallonie Royal Opera in Liege (Belgium, 2010), in the International Festival in Santander (Spain, 2010). Within the framework of the ‘Year of Russia in France’ Konstantin was a part of the ‘Unknown Shostakovich’ project, where he performed in productions of the operas The Gamblers and The Great Lightning (Paris — Besançon — Moscow — Perm, 2011); he was also involved in the production of Shostakovich’s opera The Nose (Aix-en-Provence, Lyon, 2011).

In celebration of Galina Vishnevskaya’s 85th birthday Konstantin has participated in the Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onegin production at the Pierre Cardin Theatre in Paris (2011), and later sang the same role at the II Festival ‘Days of Russian Culture in Baden-Baden’ (2013) and Valentine’s part in Faust by Gounod at the Romanian National Theatre (2014). He currently continues to take part in the Opera Centre’s projects.

Since year 2011 Konstantin has been a soloist of the ‘Helikon-Opera’ Moscow Music Theatre, where has performed more than 20 roles: Figaro (Rossini, Il barbiere di Siviglia), Onegin (Tchaikovsky, Eugene Onegin), Yeletsky (Tchaikovsky, The Queen of Spades), Robert (Tchaikovsky, Iolanta), Shchelkalov (Mussorgsky, Boris Godunov), Vedenetsky guest (Rimsky-Korsakov, Sadko), Escamillo, Morales and Le Dancaire (Bizet, Carmen), Falk (Strauss, The Bat), Ford (Verdi, Falstaff), Renato (Verdi,  Un ballo in maschera), Gryaznoy (Rimsky-Korsakov, The Tsar’s Bride), Chaadsky (Manotskov, Chaadsky), Silvio (Leoncavallo, Pagliacci).

He took part in master classes by famous singers and musicians such as Galina Vishnevskaya, Dennis O’Neal, Alexandrina Miltcheva, Thomas Hampson, Mauro Trombetta, Sherrill Milnes, Badri Maisuradze, Eugene Kohn, Mikhail Yurovsky.

Konstantin is a prize-winner of the International Competition ‘Hopes, Talents, Masters’ (Bulgaria, 2005), V International Byul-Byul Vocal Competition (Azerbaijan, 2010), XV International Khristov Competition for Young Opera Singers (Bulgaria, 2014).
