Opera Centre’s artistic and pedagogical group has become enriched with new names as the Artistic Director Olga Rostropovich invited to collaboration M. Kasrashvili, E. Zeramba and A. Loshak. The new professors teaching singing for many years have performed on the stage of the best opera houses, they possess unique theatrical experience and are internationally renowned opera singers.
Makvala Kasrashvili, People’s Artist of the USSR performed together with Galina Vishnevskaya and they both shared warm friendship. Nowadays Kasrashvili heads the Bolshoi theatre opera group, also participating in the productions of biggest theatres, along with giving concerts in Russia as well as abroad.
Elena Zaremba (mezzo-soprano) – is an acclaimed Russian singer, one of the brightest stars of the world opera. L. Pavarotti, J. Carreras, P. Domingo, N. Shicoff, M. Gulegina, K. Ricciarelli, R. Bruson, L. Nucci were her stage partners at different times. Zaremba collaborates with such distinguished conductors as Y. Temirkanov, G. Levine, G. Sinopli, C. Abbado, Vl. Yurovsky and others.
Anatoly Loshak, People’s Artist of the Russian Federation is the leading soloist at the K. S. Stanislavsky and Vl. I. Nemirovich-Danchenko Moscow Academic Music Theatre as well as Professor at the Moscow State Conservatoire.
