On November the 18-20 the guest tour of Galina Vishnevskaya Opera Centre took place in Khabarovsk and Vladivostok in the framework of the Music and Theatre Feastival «Novoye Peredvizhnichestvo» (“New movement”). Since 2006 – when this unique artistic and educational program has started – the soloists of the Opera Centre performed in Pensa rerion, Ekaterinburg region, Krasnoyarsk region and other Russian cities, science towns and regions. Here exactly far from the culture centres is concentrated the pick of the Russian science, and this is the audience «Novoye Peredvizhnichestvo» focuses on. But this time the festival extended its sphere: the soloists of the Opera Centre performed on the greatest music stages – at the Khabarovsk region Theatre of Music Comedy and at the Primorye (Maritime) Territory Philharmony in Vladivostok. The audience was delighted with one of the latest performances of the Opera Centre – “Eugene Onegin” by P. Tchaikovsky. The mass media and the music critics appreciated highly the professionalism of the singers and their artistry in spite of the concert version of the opera. The cooperation of the Opera Centre and the Festival «Novoye Peredvizhnichestvo» (“New movement”) will be continued.
